Suppliers shall perform their work in compliance with Lyondell's Rules for Contractors (Microsoft Word file, 27 pages), which include our environmental and safety legal requirements.
Suppliers shall confirm they accessed, reviewed, and understand the rules by signing and returning the Contractor Acceptance Form (Microsoft Word file, 1 page), which can be found at the end of the Rules for Contractors document. The acceptance form shall be returned to the Lyondell purchasing representative, no later than ten (10) business days following the execution of a contract.
