At Lyondell, we maintain a tradition of not only investing in our communities, but also encouraging our employees to invest their time and resources in their communities. We do this through matching gift and volunteer grant programs.
Matching Gifts
Lyondell will contribute $1 for every $1 given by employees of a Lyondell company to a qualified not-for-profit institution. Employees must submit matching gift forms with their contribution to the recipient non-profit organization. The organization must then complete and return the form to Lyondell to receive the matching contribution.

Volunteer Grants
Employee volunteers can earn grants up to $500 for qualifying organizations where they regularly give their personal time during a calendar year.
Employee volunteers and the recipient organization must complete a Volunteer Grant Application form in order for the grant to be considered by the company.

All regular, full-time, active employees of Lyondell, Equistar, Houston Refining and Millennium Chemicals are eligible to participate in these programs.
