Potential applications include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, confectionary, dairy products, oral care products, bakery goods and personal care products.
Properties
WinSense Extra 400 & 500 are liquids. These proprietary cooling systems are formulated without adding solvents or diluting the system. WinSense Extra 400 & 500 are easier to handle than powder, crystal or flakes. These clear liquids also allow manufacturers to avoid issues resulting from insufficient mixing of powder.
Although liquids, WinSense Extra 400 & 500 systems are sparingly soluble in water. They are soluble in propylene glycol and 96% ethanol at any ratio.
Toxicology/Regulatory
WinSense Extra 400 & 500 are made with ingredients that are FEMA GRAS. Additionally, these ingredients are in the EU register for flavoring substances (per EU Commission Decision 1999/217/EC in application of CE Rule 2232/96).
