Imparting advice on achieving aspirations, a manager once told Jeffrey early in his career, “Act like you already have the job.” That bit of advice asserted Jeffrey to fine tune his leadership qualities and propelled him to key positions throughout the organization. He began his career in 1994 with what is now our Morris, Illinois plant.
