Chris worked in the chemical industry nearly eight years before joining Lyondell. As a safety engineer, he develops, implements and supports safety processes and systems. One thing he learned early in his career was to “speak up and present your ideas.”

Chris’ ideas were an essential contribution to the development and implementation of a site environmental awareness team at our Clinton, Iowa, plant.
