  • Confidential, free counseling referral service for work or personal issues. This coverage is fully paid by the company.

Educational Assistance

  • Tuition, mandatory fees and required textbooks may be reimbursed for undergraduate and graduate work.
  • Courses must be closely related to present or future work activities.

Matching Gifts & Volunteer Grants

  • Employee volunteers can earn grants of $250 to $500 for qualifying organizations where they give their time.
  • The company will match employee contributions to eligible not-for-profit organizations dollar for dollar.
